WHO Releases Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for TB (STAG) Meeting Report
STAG is an advisory body to WHO and meets regularly to guide global TB control efforts. Recommendations from this meeting focused on the effects of COVID-19 and scaling up TB preventive treatment (TPT). They note “that the scale-up of TPT could have a profound effect on reducing TB incidence.”
